Architecture Change Gate
Capture a named evidence baseline, rescan with the saved repository permission and configuration, and review typed changes without modifying repository files.

Not another decorative diagram
ArchGround turns supported declarative evidence into a layered, keyboard-accessible system map. Generated and user-authored material stay distinct, so the map can become a reviewable system record instead of an untraceable picture.
Capture a named evidence baseline, rescan with the saved repository permission and configuration, and review typed changes without modifying repository files.
Scan one user-selected repository locally and model typed services, packages, APIs, databases, deployments, external systems, and AI tools.
Review agents, models, tools, permissions, approval gates, data flows, secrets, trust boundaries, and explainable risk prompts.

Every image below is rendered from ArchGround's deterministic built-in Demo Mode at a fixed locale, appearance, scale, and window size.

Capture a baseline, compare a later local scan, and record an explicit disposition and note for every evidence-backed change.

Supported declarative files become an editable Grounded Map without running repository code.

Inspect the repository-relative file, line range, content hash, provenance, confidence, and review state behind each claim.

Model agents, models, MCP servers, tools, approval gates, secrets, data sources, trust boundaries, and review prompts.

A completed gate adds deterministic JSON and Markdown decisions to the broader Architecture Review Pack.
Reviewed Change Gate
After every change has a disposition and note, preview exact sizes and SHA-256 hashes, then export change-gate.json, CHANGE-GATE.md, and the validated Architecture Review Pack.
Private local core
Deterministic mapping, inspection, editing, and export require no account or AI provider.
No telemetry, analytics, ads, subscription, updater, cloud sync, or Trieflow proxy.
ArchGround never runs repository builds, scripts, shells, package managers, hooks, filters, plugins, or downloaded code.
Provider sending is not connected to live workspace controls in version 1.0.0.
Optional provider boundary
The adapter library includes OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, user-configured OpenAI-compatible HTTPS, Ollama, and LM Studio. It implements Keychain credentials, redaction, exact request previews, endpoint validation, bounded transport, and evidence-cited response validation.
Clear limits, by design
Saved-scope rescan. Live rescan uses the saved repository permission and scan configuration. If macOS cannot restore that permission, ArchGround requires repository reselection. Branch or commit selection is not included in 1.0.0.
Bounded discovery. Declarative adapters are bounded heuristics. They do not discover every dependency, observe runtime truth, prove correctness, find vulnerabilities, certify compliance, or guarantee that a third-party provider is private.
Bounded import. Direct canvas import is draw.io-compatible XML only. Text diagram languages and general image import are not claimed.

ArchGround's native Swift application, evidence engine, local canvas, Demo Mode, Grounded Signal identity, release screenshots, and site are original Trieflow LLC work. Compatibility research was informed by Apache-2.0-licensed jgraph/drawio-desktop and jgraph/drawio projects at audited commits.
