ArchGround support
Clear answers, grounded in version 1.0.0.
Support is provided by Trieflow LLC at contact@trieflow.com.
System requirements
ArchGround 1.0.0 requires macOS 14 or later. It is a native sandboxed Mac application.
Start safely with Demo Mode
Demo Mode opens the populated Atlas AI Commerce workspace without requesting repository access. It demonstrates the Grounded Map, evidence inspection, Drift, Git Impact, AI System Lens, and Architecture Review Pack using deterministic synthetic data and no protected side effects.
Mapping a repository
Choose a repository through the native file picker. ArchGround performs one bounded local scan of supported declarative files and never runs repository code. Live rescan restores the saved repository permission and exact scan configuration; if macOS cannot restore access, ArchGround asks you to reselect the repository. Branch or commit selection is not included in version 1.0.0.
Provider requests
Provider sending is not connected to live workspace controls in version 1.0.0. Buttons cannot send a provider request. Deterministic workflows require no provider.
Exports
The Review Pack preview lists exact filenames, byte sizes, and SHA-256 hashes. Export supports project.archground, JSON, draw.io-compatible XML, PDF, PNG, SVG, Markdown, and a manifest. Source snippets are excluded in 1.0.0.
What to include in a support message
Describe the screen, safe action, and visible error code. Do not send credentials, source code, private repository paths, or other secrets. ArchGround logs exclude source contents, prompts, AI responses, credentials, user names, and full local paths.
Acknowledgements
The shipping canvas is original Trieflow LLC work. Compatibility research was informed by Apache-2.0-licensed draw.io desktop and editor projects; ArchGround 1.0.0 packages no bytes from those projects and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
